Class Offerings

Mat Classes
An hour of moving our bodies! These classes contain a combination of Pilates exercises, mobility work, floor barre, stretching, along with some other nuggets of movement goodness. You’ll leave feeling more present in your body – longer and stronger. I teach over zoom as well as in person.

Private Classes
I offer one-on-one sessions on the Pilates apparatus. Our first session includes an intake where we discuss your history and intention. I’ll ask you to execute exercises and body positions to inform how we’ll create your program. From there, we will work together to meet your goals!
